Cleaning
BASIC CLEANING
- Average 1 hour
- All 3-dimensional loose debris is scrapped off and grates, heat plates/briquettes, burners, firebox and drip pans
- All internal parts are dry cleaned and burners are checked for clogs
- All stainless-steel parts are spot cleaned

DEEP CLEANING
- Average 4-6 hours
- This is similar to a “full car detail”
- We scrape all the internal parts down to the metal to remove any loose debris
- Heavy degreasing on all internal parts except grates as well as a wet scrub with industrial strength scotch pads
- Everything thoroughly rinsed and wet vacuumed out
- Cooking grates and stainless steel parts get a pass of our rust removal process
- Additional component cleaning available (side burners, wok burners, griddles, cabinets, drawers, ets)

Cooking Grate Resurfacing
- Designed to focus on removing all rust, oxidation and baked on grease
- Our 2 step process is done which include multiple passes with a brass wire drill bit and then again with a poly carbide drill bit to finish the job.
